Actus Digital, a LiveU company and a leader in intelligent compliance logging, quality monitoring, and content analysis solutions, today announced a new integration with Pikolo's ITracker platform. This collaboration streamlines broadcaster operations by unifying real-time channel monitoring with centralized operational data management, giving customers deeper insights and more efficient workflows.
Seamless Data Flow and Automation
With this integration, Actus automatically sends monitoring alerts directly to Pikolo's ITracker system. ITracker, in turn, connects with Actus via API to provide a smooth, in-platform experience for users. This bi-directional data exchange minimizes manual operator input and ensures that channel status and technical alerts are instantly available within ITracker's centralized environment.
All Operational Data in One Place
Actus-generated alerts are now stored alongside all other operational data linear, digital, and more inside ITracker's comprehensive data store. This single source of truth (SSOT) enables broadcasters to track performance trends, identify recurring issues, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
