METLIFE DECLARES IRD QUARTER 06 COMMON STOCK DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, July 7, 2016 - MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that its board of directors has declared a third quarter 2016 common stock dividend of $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 13, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 8, 2016.
