Adobe ha anunciado este martes, 10 de noviembre, que ha cerrado un acuerdo definitivo para comprar Workfront en una operaci n valorada en unos 1.500 millones de d lares. Con sede en Lehi (Utah, EE.UU.) Workfront desarrolla software de gesti n de proyectos y gesti n de trabajo basado en la web incluyendo gesti n de trabajo empresarial, seguimiento de problemas, seguimiento del tiempo de gesti n de documentos y gesti n de carteras.
