upwave's The Tim Ferriss Experiment allows viewers to get inside the head of the best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek, The 4-Hour Chef and The 4-Hour Body. Each week, Ferriss applies his signature rapid-learning techniques to deconstruct a task that scares the living hell out of him. From mastering the art of dating to starting a new business in just one week, Ferriss shows viewers how it's done.

The premiere, with Guest Judge Chef Nate Appleman, will share the story of a woman with both lyme disease and weight issues who looks to the competing chefs for healthy meal solutions to change not only her shape but also her life. The Dose with Dr. Billy (upwave.com/TheDose) provides an entertaining look at daily health and wellness through the humor and insight of Emergency Room doctor Billy Goldberg, bestselling author of Why Do Men Have Nipples? The 20-year veteran emergency medicine physician made his upwave debut through its original upwave digital and YouTube series where Dr. Billy answered uncommon health and wellness questions - and now fans can't get enough. The Dose with Dr. Billy will provide viewers a weekly dose of health tips, from sleep to sugar, memory and more. Dr. Billy will demystify health topics and provide real solutions anyone can understand.
