Canal Historia releases its new original production Al-Andalus, The Legacy La serie documental, grabada en m s de una treintena de localizaciones recorriendo m s de 5.000 km alrededor de la Pen nsula, analiza la especial trascendencia de este periodo nico en la historia.
Al- ndalus fue durante siglos un gran foco de civilizaci n gracias a su recepci n del saber procedente de Oriente y a sus propias aportaciones. Marc un antes y un despu s en la pen nsula ib rica. Su cultura, costumbres e influencias no se extinguieron, siguen presentes.
Con esta premisa, a partir del pr ximo lunes 19 de abril, a las 22:00 horas, Canal Historia estrena en exclusiva Al- ndalus, El Legado, su nueva producci n original que, a lo largo de seis horas, analiza la incalculable huella de este periodo nico en la historia de la pen nsula ib rica, deteni ndose y descubriendo a sus sabios m s c lebres, as como el origen de conocimientos, tecnolog as, objetos y costumbres que ahora nos resultan cotidianos y que podemos rastrear en la etapa andalus . Una rica herencia, sin la cual, la historia de Espa a y Portugal ser a completamente diferente.
En esta aventura, Canal Historia ha visitado y grabado en m s de una treintena de localizaciones hist ricas y recorrido m s de 5.000 km alrededor de la Pen nsula. Se trata de una serie realizada ntegramente durante la pandemia que ha supuesto un esfuerzo de casi 60 jornadas de grabaci n a lo largo de tres meses y cientos de horas de rodaje. Cada episodio nos acerca a un sabio andalus a trav s de recreaciones hist ricas con atuendos de cada poca especialmente dise ados y producidos para el proyecto. Estas recreaciones han sido grabadas en lugares hist ricos como la Torre de la Calahorra, los Ba os Califales o los Jardines del Alc zar Reyes Cristianos, en C rdoba.
A trav s de un exhaustivo trabajo de documentaci n que ha contado con m s de 80 expertos y sirvi ndose de recreaciones y animaciones 3D, la serie descubre los secretos de Al- ndalus. Un periodo de especial esplendor que se caracteriz por su rico intercambio cultural (lugar de confluencia en Europa entre Oriente y Occidente durante la Edad Media), su ejemplo de convivencia, coexistieron juntos de forma civilizada musulmanes, cristianos y jud os y el florecimiento de diferentes ciencias y artes con grandes sabios en mbitos tan diversos como la arquitectura, agronom a, matem ticas, astronom a o medicina.
