Review S1s previous model meanwhile take a closer look at new S1, SMT uses its strength to play the strong voice of new opportunity and new prospect in the media technology industry.
SMT UHD S1 uses three superlatives to highlight its extraordinary role:

Aiming at the timing and striking again, SMT UHD S1 was renovated and debuted in May this year. See the trend and lock in IP
Based on the IP technology of SMPTE-2110, facing the challenges of massive data storage and management due to the widespread application of 4K/HDR/VR/AR, it provides an ideal solution. In addition to the advantages of IP architecture, such as improving production efficiency, enhancing multi-channel expansion capabilities, and exchanging external two-way information, along with the gradual maturity of 5G technology, IP can bring application innovations in ultra-large bandwidth, allowing the system to effectively integrate with diverse internet cloud platforms, thereby promoting the further integration of the entire broadcast industry and new internet technologies and to expand the unlimited imagination of program broadcasting and production.
Overcome difficulties Activate IP
SMPTE-2110 all-IP architecture is a new application technology. SMT UHD S1 is the first case of transformation of a 4K IP OB van based on the IP SMPTE-2110 architecture in China and even the world. During transformation, there is no reference to take and is full of technical challenges. SMT began to transform to IP three years ago. Through practical applications in the past few years, it has a wealthy experience in the design and application of traditional SDI and new IP architecture, at the same time, with accurate control of the OB truck and technology, through repeated demonstration, installation and debugging, and continuous optimization, the S1 SMPTE-2110 all-IP architecture has been successfully upgraded. SMT UHD S1 upgrade project is a bold attempt and investment under the SMPTE-2110 architecture, which will provide a reference for nation's peers. At the same time, it will also play an important role in promoting the development of the entire IP technology industry and 4K production industry.
Super Ecology Detonates IP
As a new generation of OB van that is compatible with the cloud technology, SMT UHD S1 will have a brand-new mission in addition to traditional broadcast tasks. As a huge attention harvester, the scene will truly step into the era of streaming media broadcasting, build a brand new 5G ecology platform, and realize the core theory of one truck one ecology.
Create IP with IP
SMT has accumulated rich experience and advantages after years of hard work on various projects. The SMT OB vans continue to customize the transformation, through the concept of spatial reconstruction and collaborative production to fully meet the needs of various users. Hundreds completion of high-quality projects have witnessed the continuous improvement of the brand. The business covers multiple fields of pre-production such as traditional broadcasting, three-dimensional sound production, lightweight production, special equipment and technical production.
In 2020, the SMT UHD S1 OB van has completed its upgrade, and SMT positioned it as the Flagship of the International Competition. The upgraded SMT UHD S1 with full IP architecture will meet the needs of the ultra-large 4K broadcast missions of the Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games. At the same time, SMTs S series broadcast OB vans (S1, S2, S3, and S4) have fully
