3. PeoplePerHour Unlike Fiverr and 99designs, PeoplePerHour works with hourly rates rather than per-project rates. You can browse hourly freelancers and contact them directly about a project or you can post a gig for freelancers to apply to. Like Fiverr, pricing varies on PeoplePerHour. This partly because the global community allows freelancers from some areas to accept a cheaper rate. Also, like Fiverr, you should ask for samples of previous work before you move forward with a freelancer.

4. Upwork On Upwork, you primarily find freelancers by posting a job and waiting for the system to match you with the right editor based on your post and their skills. You may see this as a blessing because you won't waste hours trying to figure out who the best freelancers might be. Of course, you can still do some searching of your own if you want.

5. Freelancer.com Freelancer.com is exactly what you would expect a large network of freelancers who are ready to work. Once you post your project, freelancers will bid on it. As the client, you can browse freelancer profiles, chat with them in real-time, and see their previous projects. You only pay once you are completely satisfied with the work that is done.
