Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in digital cinema software and support services, has announced a new software partnership with the renowned Troms International Film Festival (TIFF), enabling AAM's Screenwriter Theatre Management System (TMS) to manage the festival's content and scheduling.
Since its founding in 1991, TIFF has become a recognised meeting point for the Norwegian and international film industry, screening quality films curated around the festival's values; humanism and freedom of speech, while creating an educational space for children and young people.
To ensure a seamless 32nd annual event, Screenwriter will be connected to festival screens and operated from one central point, providing comprehensive screen visibility, versatile content control, and efficiency in operations.
Partnering with Arts Alliance Media for this year's software operations is an exciting moment , said Bodil Kjelstrup, COO at TIFF. We are committed to seeing sustained exponential growth and we're confident AAM's content services will help manage our demanding schedules and drive us to a new level.
Responsible for scheduling features, trailers and advertisements, monitoring screens, and controlling playback for over 45,000 screens worldwide, AAM's Screenwriter remains the most powerful, widely deployed TMS in the world. By centralising a festival's entire workload, users can employ pioneering automation to manage each of the event sites' screens from one central hub, building workflow efficiency while creating more time to focus on other event tasks.
