Linear Acoustic ha lanzado un nuevo producto de su creciente l nea de procesadores y gestores de presi n sonora para televisi n digital. El nuevo Aero.100 incluye upmixing/downmixing v a Upmax II, y decodifica Dolby Digital (AC-3) y Dolby E, adem s de Dolby Digital (AC-3). Linear ofrece opcionalmente una versi n no-codificadora y la posibilidad de incluir una decodificaci n de marca de agua Nielsen.
El control de loudness de metadatos h brido da Intelligent Dynamics (ID), de Linear Acoustic, tambi n viene de serie en estos nuevos equipos. ID permite que el contenido detemine la cantidad de procesamiento requerido y proporcione un equilibrio entre el control permanente ajustable autom ticamente y reversible. El contenido de alta calidad se conserva mientras que el contenido desconocido se ajusta, dando lugar a un audio muy satisfactorio tanto para los espectadores como para los profesionales del broadcast.
Un nuevo y seleccionable limitador Advanced ITU (AI) permite la conformidad con las regulaciones m s restrictivas de ITU/EBU, cuando sea necesario.
El equipo soporta hasta diez canales decodificados de audio de banda base en una configuraci n 5.1+2+2 (Local/EAS) v a E/S HD/SD-SDI de 3GHz, con delay de v deo incluido o por ocho canales E/S AES con entrada referenciada. El medidor ITU-R BS.1770-3 simplifica el monitorado de loudness para cada programa, mientras que un servidor HTTP incorporado ofrece acceso a los datos de registro.
Un control remoto de TCP/IP ofrece tambi n la posibilidad de configuraci n, ajuste y exhibici n de todos los par metros del Aero.100, incluyendo m trica de loudness, estad sticas Dolby Digital (AC3) y hasta audio de retorno.
El software puede conectarse a varias unidades Aero.100 simult neamente, para quienes supervisen varias emisiones desde puntos diferentes.
