The new aim of Jiangbei Disrict in 2015 is to construct 109 key projects with 9,21 billion investment. The planned investment will be 14.6 billion yuan. In 2015, Jiangbei District will accelerate the urbanization of new style, overcome the difficulties and problems and speed up the construction of key projects to build a modern waterside new city which is suitable for living and business.
In 2014, 11.45 billion investment has been put in 70 key projects including 8.27 billion for 25 key provincial or city key projects. The 109 key projects in 2015 include basic infrastructure, industrial upgrading, public well-being, health and leisure, covering the hardware infrastructure in the countryside and public service software.
Infrastructure is the foundation to upgrade people's life quality. In 2015, Jiangbei District will continue to accelerate the construction of provincial and city key projects like the maintenance of anti-flood bank of Yaojiang River; it will start the rebuilding of Jiangbei section of Yongyu railway; it will finish the construction of Jiangbei connecting line with Ningbo Highway; it will accelerate a series of water treatment projects including Jiangbei River.
Industrial upgrading is the most important part of the key projects of 2015.High-tech projects like the turbocharger projects with 1 million annual output, the BOPET project of Ningbo Solartrotech and the optic hard coating film of Hughstar will start production; the construction of Ningbo Green Land Center, Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce in Ningbo and the R&D and production of Zhongce high-power marine diesel engine will be sped up; major products like Fengshu Complex Building, Ningbo Sumsung High-tech industrial park will start.
In terms of social well-being, health and leisure, Olisai Plaza in Baisha and Wantou Primary School with 300 million investment will be completed; projects like Wantou city complex, Lining Sports Park and Riverside Experimental School will start.
