The annual MercadOr Awards event offers recognition to export companies operating in the Laurentians area. At the 12th edition of the event, held on May 20th, 2010, Modus FX earned itself an award in the New Exporter category, highlighting the company's excellence with respect to efforts and innovation in this category, having established a highly-structured export approach, successfully navigating through international markets in recent years.
Upon starting Modus FX, we knew we had a winning formula, given the expertise of the various partners involved, said Marc Bourbonnais, President of Modus FX. Modus was created by three partners who have over 15 years of experience in their respective fields: visual effects, efficient and flexible production pipelines and successful company management. The years have proven us right and weve been able to take advantage of our 12,000 square feet of creative space to open up to the world and spread Modus' vision beyond the province, and even to the U.S., Europe and China.
