Die Firma mit Hauptsitz in Wien stellt Softwarel sungen f r Ingest und Playout von Medieninhalten auf Mac-Systemen her. Die QuickTime-basierten Anwendungen eignen sich insbesondere f r den Einsatz bei kleinen und mittleren TV-Sendern. Mit den modular aufgebauten Softwarel sungen lassen sich neben In- und Outgest auch weitere erforderliche Produktionsschritte - wie etwa Live-Schnitt und Grafikeinblendungen - in einem integrierten Workflow realisieren.
Neuer Vertriebspartner von Wellen N then ist au erdem Object Matrix, Hersteller von Nearline-Storage-L sungen. Ein Kernprodukt des britischen Unternehmens ist das Produkt MatrixStore: Die Hard- und Softwarel sung wird zum Speichern sowie zum Archivieren und Verwalten von digitalen Mediendaten eingesetzt. Mit der auf der NAB 2011 vorgestellten Option InterConnect, l sst sich Object Matrix nun auch nahtlos in Avid Interplay-Anwendungen und Unity ISIS-Umgebungen einbinden. Daf r nutzt InterConnect die Avid Web-Services sowie die MediaToolkit-Schnittstelle von Avid.
Mit den zwei neuen Vertriebspartnerschaften bietet Wellen N then seinen Kunden nun ein noch umfassenderes Portfolio f r TV-Produktionen.
