Change of custodian for Lagard re SCA registered shares Lagard re SCA would like to inform its shareholders that Soci t G n rale Securities Services has been selected to manage shareholder registration services for registered shares from 7 December 2020.

Lagard re SCA would like to inform its shareholders that Soci t G n rale Securities Services (SGSS), 32 rue du Champ de Tir - CS 30812, 44308 Nantes Cedex 3, France, has been selected to manage shareholder registration services for registered shares, replacing BNP Paribas Securities Services (BPSS) from 7 December 2020.

A notice of appointment of a registered share custodian was published in the French legal gazette (Bulletin des Annonces L gales Obligatoires) on 16 November 2020.

From 7 December 2020, SGSS will be ready to assist Lagard re SCA shareholders with all transactions relating to their shares. Shareholders will be able to track and manage their share portfolios using various SGSS services, including:

the secure website Sharinbox, available at www.sharinbox.societegenerale.com, to send their instructions, view their assets and update their personal information;

the Nomilia customer service centre, available on 33 (0)2 51 85 67 89 (toll-free number in France), to obtain information 24/7 and speak to an adviser Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Paris time;

a dedicated fax number to update their personal information: 33 (0)2 51 85 62 15.

SGSS will be sending an email or letter by the end of November 2020 to all shareholders whose shares are held in a registered account (nominatif pur), inviting them to connect to Sharinbox to check and update their personal information.

Lagard re SCA invites all shareholders whose shares are held in a registered account to connect to the BPSS Planetshares website in order to download and save their documents before 8:00 a.m. Paris time on 7 December 2020, after which time the platform will no longer be accessible.

At the beginning of 2021, BPSS will send to the shareholders whose tax residence is in France a French tax declaration ("Imprim fiscal unique" ("IFU")) summarizing all their operations realized during the period from January 1st, 2020 to December 4, 2020 inclusive. In the event of non-receipt of your IFU or if you have any questions about this document, you may contact BPSS on 33 (0)1 42 98 10 00. BPSS remain at your disposal until December 31, 2020, 5:30 p.m. (Paris time) on 33 (0)1 57 43 34 00 for any information.
