Malusi Shezi, known in the music industry as Smallz Money Maker, made waves back in 2008 with his chart-topping hit Money Maker. The catchy tune was just the beginning of his musical journey, followed by other hits like Money Spender and Uswazi.

The Rise of Smallz Hailing from KwaMashu, a township north of Durban, Smallz's rise to fame was swift. Smallz's journey in the music industry has been multifaceted. Before making it big as a solo artist, he began his career as a dancer, notably featuring alongside Mshoza in the song Hlabalingene. His transition from dancer to chart-topping artist exemplifies his resilience and dedication to his craft.
Collaborating with renowned DJs Bobo and Menace, Smallz cemented his place in the South African Kwaito scene. However, since 2011, he seems to have faded into obscurity, leaving many fans wondering, Where is Smallz now?
Where is Smallz Now? Reports suggest that Smallz took a step back from the music scene to explore other ventures. Allegedly, he delved into entrepreneurship, launching his clothing line under his music label, Money Spender Entertainment. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Smallz made headlines by selling tracksuits and masks, combining his passion for music with his business acumen.

Bouncing Back to Music? Despite his absence from the limelight, Smallz hasn't entirely abandoned his musical roots. Recently, he resurfaced with an amapiano track titled Senzeni, featuring Gearbox Mtshali. The song, now available on YouTube, showcases his versatility and adaptability to evolving musical trends.
As fans eagerly await further developments from Smallz, his resilience and entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire. Whether he's dominating the charts or diversifying his portfolio, one thing is certain - his legacy in the South African music industry remains indelible.
