VOD Coordinator

Seeking to appoint a Video On Demand (VOD) Coordinator on a permanent basis, Coordinating of multiple projects within VOD Operations, Research & Development of new VOD Technology as well as providing the necessary documentation and feedback associated, Monitor progress of projects within different departments within VOD Operations

Provide necessary feedback to managers of other departments regarding the progress of projects

Receiving information from project managers and formulating it into a proper implementation plan.

Conducting investigations into areas of concern and deriving solutions to enhance efficiency

Provide weekly statistics as well as incident reports to Head of VOD Operations

Training of staff and providing the relevant information and support

Help with the documentation for all VOD Operations departments and managers

Enhance workflows and help with the necessary modifications to SOP's

Diploma in IT or Equivalent

Exposure 5-6 years multimedia environment, (consider 4 -5 yrs experience).

2 - 3 years Project implementation experience

Experience in coordination of multiple projects

Workflow analysis and process enhancement

Strong technical skills

Understanding of VOD Operations systems, software related

Understand of DStv's VOD platforms and how they are scheduled

Knowledge and understanding of VOD Operations systems and workflows across all platforms

Understanding of Multimedia Principles
