To date, NAGRA's Top Trends in 2020 three-part blog series has taken on six important topics, all of which will play an important role in the industry as we move further in to 2020 and beyond.
In Part One of the series, we addressed security from the perspective of comprehensive digital security for the new connected world, the continued evolution of piracy in the M&E space, and cloud-based infrastructures. In Part Two we shared insight on consumer-driven challenges and solutions, such as content aggregation, new business and delivery models and changing landscape in sports OTT services and offerings. Now, in Part Three, we are taking on AI-driven business analytics.
We know service providers are continuously working to ensure consumer happiness to increase viewer satisfaction, reduce churn and grow their businesses. We also know that the main reason for churn is poor TV experiences. Viewers need to be given the content they want and the experience (both content and service) that will keep them as customers for life.
In our third and final installment of the Top Trends in 2020 blog series, we are diving into addressing pay-TV business challenges and the solutions to enhance business performance with AI-driven, real-time, actionable analytics.
AI-Driven, Actionable Analytics
Pay-TV has historically been behind the curve in leveraging data and analytics in real time.
