Telemetrics Debuts Entry-Level Modular Robotics Camera Control Panel at IBC

Amsterdam, The Netherlands (September 15-19, 2017) - Leveraging its vast experience in camera control systems, Telemetrics, a leader in camera support and control systems, has announced a new entry-level camera control unit, the RCCP-M. To be demonstrated for the first time in Europe at the 2017 IBC Show (Stand 12.F34), the RCCP-M offers an easy to use control interface with advanced auto-sensing technology that's perfect for non-technical staff working on a wide variety of cost-conscious productions.

This cost-effective yet easy to use control panel features a large touch screen interface for instantly identifiable camera functions; pan, tilt and zoom speed control knobs, and a large focus knob for highly precise camera control. The Telemetrics RCCP-M offers flexible options so users can upgrade to more advanced controls as the need arises.

Due to its modular design, the RCCP-M can be configured in a myriad of ways, with both software options and Side Cars that can provide different hardware based interfaces. The new control panel is fully compatible with Telemetrics' highly successful RCCP platform and shares many of the same useful features found in the RCCP-1 and RCCP-1A camera control systems.
