Paris le, 16 Mai 2013 - SmartJog, entit de TDF Media Services sp cialis e dans la distribution num rique de contenus, et l'OJD, Association pour le contr le et la certification du d nombrement des m dias, conduisent une r flexion commune sur l' tablissement d'une mesure de la diffusion globale des radios num riques sur la plateforme SmartJog.
Les diteurs de cha nes de radio et de t l vision ne cessent de multiplier les canaux de diffusion et les crans pour toucher une audience toujours plus large. Jusqu' pr sent, seule une partie de cette audience tait comptabilis e. En effet, pour r aliser cette mesure, les syst mes actuels s'appuient sur le recueil de donn es issues de tags impl ment s dans les players install s sur les diff rents appareils connect s (smartphone, tablette num rique, t l viseur, web, ). Cette solution a l'inconv nient de ne donner qu'une vision partielle de l'audience : en pratique, de nombreux flux sont lus via des players non ma tris s par l' diteur (c'est le cas par exemple des postes de radio Wifi).
SmartJog apporte une r ponse cette probl matique d'exhaustivit en fournissant ses clients diteurs des indicateurs calcul s partir de l'int gralit des donn es d'usage issues de son r seau de distribution de contenus (CDN), et ce, quel que soit l'appareil connect utilis par l'internaute.
En parall le, l'OJD traite, contr le et certifie ces donn es transmises quotidiennement par SmartJog, en s'appuyant sur les logs bruts extraits des serveurs de diffusion. Cette certification donne lieu une publication aupr s des acteurs du march publicitaire : L'OJD est l dans son r le historique de tiers de confiance pr cise Jean-Paul Dietsch, directeur des nouveaux Medias au sein de l'OJD.
Les r gies pourront ainsi valoriser aupr s des annonceurs une mesure exhaustive et objective de leurs programmes.
Comme souvent, le groupe NRJ sera dans son r le de pionnier sur le terrain de l'innovation digitale en tant le premier diteur de contenus utiliser ce nouveau dispositif propos par SmartJog et suivi tr s certainement par beaucoup d'autres acteurs. L'usage de ce dispositif est un apport strat gique important pour le groupe NRJ qui, travers sa plateforme de contribution num rique, diffuse aujourd'hui plus de 200 Web Radios au succ s d'audience d j tabli.
