Major projects promotes rapid grow of investment

In the face of the severe and complicated macro environment, Yinzhou District is steadily promoting the construction of the major projects to urge the capital "horse" to run on a fast lane. The latest statistics show that in the first eight months of 2015 the district realized a total fixed assets investment of 48.75 billion yuan, up by 9.7% over the same period of last year, ranking No.1 among all the districts and towns of Ningbo in terms of total amount.

With the aim of "building a new quality Yinzhou and constructing a national-level district", the district is making efforts to actively launch the speeding-up movement for major projects and deepen the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. Besides the major projects launched in the first half of the year, 12 more major projects will be started at the end of September, with a total investment of 7.4 billion yuan. The major projects, such as the Hengtai Medical Instrument, the Trolley Bus Industrial Park, the Bilisheng Logistics Wharf, and the Sunma School, cover such fields as emerging industries, infrastructure construction and peoples livelihood, showing such characteristics as large investment scale, high technological content and perfect space layout.

This year, the district will carry out 130 major projects with the total investment of 110.2 billion yuan and the annual investment of 22 billion yuan. There will be 45 new projects, with an invalid investment of 68.8 billion yuan. the governments at the provincial, municipal and district levels will coordinate to promote the progress of those major projects.

With regard to the project types, most of them are high-end industrial projects aiming at industrial restructuring and transformation. With the large industrial parks and zones as breakthroughs, the industrial projects have been accelerated with such new elements as "internet plus" and "machine replacing action". In the first eight months of this year, the total industrial investment stood at 10.46 billion yuan, up by 8.7% over the same period of last year. Among others, the investment in technological reforms and that in high-tech industries rose by 22% and 44% respectively.
