Kre8 Media, a leading DRTV, Digital Media, and Brand Advertising agency, has promoted longtime employee Eureka Vanterpool to the new position of Senior Vice President, Operations. The announcement was made today by T. Lee Cutler, Founder/CEO, Kre8 Media. In her new position, Vanterpool, who had been Director of Client Services, will spearhead a variety of executive duties covering the areas of operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination and agency promotion and communications. She will assist Mr. Cutler in the development of numerous organizational policies and goals; help lead the agency in terms of clients, staff, new business and overall direction; monitor agency profitability; explore growth opportunities in terms of new services or profit centers; and assist in the recruitment of potential new employees.
Regarding Vanterpool's new title, Cutler said, Eureka's talent, experience and people skills have earned her this well-deserved promotion. Over the years, she has truly gained the respect of her peers through her solution-focused attitude, team-oriented spirit, and her extensive experience with big accounts. Our idea of transitioning her into her new post of Senior VP of Operations felt organic, as she has worked very closely with me over the years. She has taken upon herself the role of strategic adviser to me as our agency has grown in both its talent and capabilities.
