Why Understanding the Value of Dynamic Ad Insertion is so Important to Content Owners and Broadcasters

IABM will mark its biggest ever presence at this year's BVE 2015 by holding a series of must-attend business seminars. The sessions will be led by a number of high profile speakers including representatives from one of the nation's favourite soap operas and a top-flight premier league football team.

Chaired by Director of Business Development and Technology at IABM, John Ive, the four seminars will be held back to back on the opening day of the event, Tuesday 24 February, in the Broadcast Tech and Workflow Theatre between 10.40am and 3.50pm.

Straight from the cobbles of Coronation Street, David Williams, the serial drama's manager of production, will lead a fascinating seminar on Lessons learnt from 60 years of workflows'. Attendees will also be given an exclusive insight into the media transformational journey at Arsenal Football Club by John Dollin, Systems Manager, Media, Arsenal Media Group who will discuss his experience of growing the clubs media output and the proliferation in the use of third-party services.

Continuing the workflow theme there will also be a panel discussion, where the audience will be given the opportunity to discuss Troubleshooting workflow challenges'. Specific areas to be explored include dealing with the growing volume of content affected by the challenge of UHD files sizes, transportation and distribution across multiple devices.

IABM will be back in the Broadcast Tech and Workflow Theatre the following morning, Wednesday 25 February, to host one of the highlights in BVE's seminar calendar - the Industry Update Breakfast. The thought-provoking session will be led by IABM CEO, Peter White providing up to date market intelligence and a panel debate led by senior industry leaders from the region. A light breakfast will be provided for attendees during the session which takes place between 8am - 9.30am.

For the first time, IABM is also hosting a Members Pavilion, where first-time exhibitors from the membership have taken up space in each of the six pods as part of a special fully-inclusive package for the show. This is in addition to the Member Lounge, another new feature this year, designed to provide members with a quiet area to meet and work on the exhibition floor.
