Beltelecom closes the archive tariff plan "Domosed Classic" 12.08.2016

Due to the fact that the tariff plan "Domosed Classic" has been sent to the archive and to be removed from the billing system of RUE Beltelecom, the subscribers of this tariff plan are recommended to choose a new tariff from current byfly tariff plans.

The simplest and quickest way to change the tariff plan through User Account. To change the tariff plan through User Account, the following three simple steps shall be taken:

1. Go to the website www.byfly.by and choose the most suitable tariff plan in the section "Clients", the tab "Tariffs for individuals (or legal entities)." To check the technical capability of connection to the selected tariff plan, please call 123.

2. Enter User Account on the website www.byfly.by using the login and password specified in the order form to the contract. The field for entering the login and password is available from any section of the website www.byfly.by.

3. In User Account, select the tab "Tariffs and services" and in the table entitled "Change of tariff plan" tick the box of the tariff you are interested in. Then click "Change the tariff."

If you changed the password to access the User account but have forgotten the new password, or have other difficulties with access to User account, then to change the tariff plan, you can apply to the service center of RUE Beltelecom.

If you do not change the tariff plan through User Account or at the service center of RUE Beltelecom, the provision of the Internet access will be automatically extended under the terms of the tariff plan "Domosed Start".

There will be no interruptions during the service provision and the payment for tariff changing will not be charged.

In September 2016 the migration of the subscribers of Gomel and Gomel region, as well as the subscribers of Vetka, Chechersk, Dobrush, Zhlobin and Loev districts of Gomel region is to be carried out.

In October 2016 the migration of the remaining districts of Gomel region and two districts of Vitebsk region: Polotsk and Glubokoe is to be carried out.

Information about the term of migration of the subscribers of the tariff plan "Domosed Classic" for other regions will be provided additionally.

The tariff plan "Domosed Start" provides round the clock unlimited Internet access in accordance with the line technical capability, but no more than 3 Mbit / s. The monthly fee for the tariff plan is 13 BYN (for legal entities-10.4 BYN). Under the terms of the tariff plan "Domosed Start" you will get full unlimited access: no hidden fees and restrictions in the traffic volume are provided by the tariff plan.
