Diep City actor Mduduzi Mabaso will make his onscreen entrance on The Estate as Khulekani Nzimande on Friday 9 December.

According to Daily Sun, Mduduzi said he had always believed that one should let their work speak for itself because that allowed room to explore and play.

I am intrigued, excited and thankful for the opportunity and blessing. I cannot wait to play with other thespians on board, he said.

WHO IS KHULEKANI NZIMANDE? The publication says that Mduduzi's character is a traditionally inclined but global man, assertive and passionate.

SABC video entertainment marketing manager Dichaba Phalatse said Khulekani would be dominant and fearless, caring about his family and sister Noxolo, played by Lerato Mvelase reports the publication.

Viewers first meet Khulekani when he breaks into Castro's office, said Dichaba, adding that Khulekani's arrival would make Melisizwe (Dumisani Mbebe) and Noxolo suspicious, said Dichaba.

The publication also adds that Mduduzi's character's presence will apparently cause tension in the Nobengela household.

He added that they were delighted to have Mduduzi join the series, acting alongside Dumisani and Aubrey Poo.

We promise viewers a heated storyline within the world of Echelon, when these three performers deliver a stellar performance, he said.

MDUDUZI LEAVING DIEP CITY'? The Diep City actor is currently not leaving the Mzansi Magic telenovela after it was announced that Diep City would not be returning for a third season in 2023.

The production company that is producing Diep City has a number of shows in the pipeline so it wont be long until viewers enjoy another one of their show.
