Le Roux will be based in the Ross office in Sydney, Australia, and comes to Ross with a broad sales background. In his own words, he's done everything from door-to-door commission-only hustling to SaaS representing Tech startups like 1nsight and large organizations like Citigroup, UFC Gym and Stan. Along the road, he decided to follow a passion for the creative industry, teaching himself video editing and using his skills to get a job at Nine Entertainment/ NineMSN. This resulted in him leading a team producing engaging content on the 9NEWS app. It was during this time that Le Roux discovered Ross solutions. I'm really thrilled to be joining the Ross team here in Oceania, Le Roux comments. This new role allows me to combine my passion for the live production industry with my never-give-up and always find a way' approach. It's a really exciting new chapter for me and I look forward to getting to know and helping our amazing customers.
Amanda Leighton, Director of Sales for Oceania, highlights recent appointments and successes in the region as a cause for encouragement. It has been a tough twelve months for everyone in the industry, and Ross Video's growth in 2020 was both unexpected and extremely hard won. We're continuing to plan for, and invest in, the post-pandemic future and that requires a number of key appointments to support our regional ambitions and growth.
