The new video standard high resolution 4K arouses great interest in BIT Broadcast Las nuevas soluciones en 4K UHD (Ultra High Definition) de Rohde & Schwarz para producci n, postproducci n y almacenamiento de contenido multimedia han despertado mucho inter s entre los visitantes del certamen.
4K es la nueva resoluci n de video para televisi n y cine digital; tambi n se conoce como Ultra High Definition, y equivale a una resoluci n de 3840 2160 (8.294.400 pixeles), es decir, cuatro veces m s que la cantidad de pixeles presentes en las televisiones comercializadas hoy en d a para alta definici n.
Rohde & Schwarz ofrece una gama completa de soluciones que ayudan a la industria de broadcast (operadores de redes, fabricantes de TV, productoras de v deo/ cine, etc.. ) a adaptarse al nuevo est ndar de alta resoluci n 4K y ha mostrado toda su experiencia en este campo durante el BIT Broadcast 2014 que celebra hoy su ltimo d a de apertura.
Entre los productos m s destacados de R&S, el servidor de ingesta, playout y transcodificaci n Venice, que ofrece importantes ventajas a los broadcasters, en particular en entornos de estudio de TV en directo. El servidor Venice abre nuevas posibilidades para el outgest de Avid y el studio playout con resoluciones de hasta 4K. Tiempos de procesamiento m s reducidos entre la ingesta y el playout, junto con una mayor redundancia, incrementa la flexibilidad y la eficiencia del flujo de trabajo en la producci n de v deo.
La estaci n de masterizaci n Clipster ha mostrado en el Broadcast su extenso conjunto de herramientas para DCI que incluyen: subtitulado, estereoscop a con altos frame rate y Dolby Atmos. Adicionalmente Clipster es totalmente compatible con los innovadores est ndares AS-02 y FMI en resoluciones hasta 4K.
Rohde & Schwarz DVS ha presentado tambi n su nueva soluci n SpycerBox Cell para almacenamiento de contenidos multimedia, cuyo dise o escalable y modular permite permite rendimientos para trabajar en formatos de hasta 8K. SpycerBox Cell ofrece un rendimiento sin precedentes en tan corta densidad. Mide tan s lo 1U y cuenta con 30 discos internos que incluso pueden ser intercambiados en caliente incluso estando trabajando en operaciones de reproducci n como en estudios de TV o post producci n. Cuenta con una arquitectura redundante y ofrece velocidades garantizadas para trabajar con archivos comprimidos o sin compresi n en formatos SD, HD, 2K, 4K, 8K y m s all .
Rohde & Schwarz tambi n ha presentado su nueva cabecera R&S AVHE100, un sistema ya totalmente compatible con el nuevo est ndar de codificaci n HEVC (H.265) para 4K y HD. Al contrario que las cabeceras convencionales, la R&S AVHE100 integra todas las funciones esenciales para la codificaci n y multiplexado en muy pocos componentes de hardware, lo que la convierte en uno de los sistemas m s compactos del mercado. Sus componentes b sicos son la plataforma de procesamiento R&S AVS100 y el gateway de audio y v deo R&S AVG100. En s lo dos unidades de altura, estos dos componentes se pueden configurar, por ejemplo, como cabecera DVB-S2 incluyendo varias entradas para se ales HD-SDI o sat lites, o como decodificadores y codificadores para hasta 6 programas HD y 10 SD, como multiplexores o tambi n como un sistema de administraci n de cabecera orientado al flujo de trabajo.
El equipamiento de test y medida de Rohde & Schwarz tambi n ya soporta el desarrollo y producci n de equipos electr nicos 4K. El centro de medida de broadcast R&S BTC ofrece a los usuarios un entorno de medida todo-en-uno para pr cticamente todas las aplicaciones de audio, video y multimedia. El sistema tambi n analiza audio/video en tiempo real. Su concepto modular y escalable permite adaptar el sistema a los requerimientos de cada usuario. Soporta incluso la transmisi n de se ales 4K a un decodificador o televisor.
