The Big Ten Network (BTN) is already underway with another expansive college basketball season, with plans to produce nearly 500 men's and women's games across BTN, B1G+, and the FOX Sports App.

Now in its 18th season, BTN enters its exceptionally busy season with plenty of college football to produce while kicking off its hoops coverage anchored around its live games, shoulder programming, and storytelling-driven originals that celebrate the depth and reach of the Big Ten Conference.

A Deep Slate of Games Across Linear and DigitalBTN's 2025-26 basketball schedule will feature hundreds of live matchups spanning all 18 conference schools, including both men's and women's programs.

Many of those games will air on BTN's linear network, while B1G+, the network's direct-to-consumer streaming platform, will carry a wide collection of non-conference matchups, next-day replays, classic archives, and exclusive digital-first programming.

Many games, including a large swath of out-of-conference games, are also produced by the home school's students via BTN's StudentU initiative.

Fans can access the full suite of live and on-demand content via B1G+, with all televised games also available to stream on the FOX Sports App. In total, BTN's coverage cements its position as one of the most prolific producers of live college basketball content in the country.

Expansive Studio and Shoulder ProgrammingComplementing game broadcasts, BTN's studio lineup once again offers fans comprehensive coverage, analysis, and storytelling throughout the season. The flagship daily show B1G Today delivers highlights and interviews from across all 18 schools, while The B1G Show provides nightly recaps and analysis.

The Emmy-nominated and SVG College Sports Media Awards-winning The Journey: Big Ten Basketball returns for its 17th season, continuing to give viewers behind-the-scenes access to the people and stories that define the league. Other fan-favorite series return as well, including On the Court Presented by Allstate, which focuses on women's basketball, and Basketball in 60, which condenses top games each week into one-hour presentations. BTN will also continue Women's Sports Report, a 30-minute weekly studio show spotlighting women's athletics across the conference, and The B1G Story, a documentary-style series that revisits memorable moments in Big Ten history.

Digital and Social Platforms Extend ReachAs part of its ongoing commitment to digital innovation, BTN will continue to extend its basketball coverage across social media and streaming channels. The network will provide highlights, analysis, and behind-the-scenes content on X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Bluesky, including separate verticals dedicated to both men's and women's basketball.

This multiplatform approach underscores BTN's growing emphasis on engaging fans wherever they watch - from traditional linear TV to mobile and connected devices.
