Horse people have spoken and the official winners have been selected in the Equus Film Festival 2015 Art Event, which drew more than 100 contestants from all over the world to vie for votes on the festival's official Facebook page. The EQUUS Film Festival 2015 in New York City is November 20-21 at the Village East Cinema - home of the Tribeca Film Festival - on 12th Street and will include exclusive tours of New York Citys historic Central Park Carriage Horse Stables on Sunday, November 22.

Official Equus Film Festival 2015 Wild Horse Fund Raiser Poster: Proud to be Free,' photograph by Kelly Jay (USA), of a solitary chestnut whose mane blows free as its spirit. All proceeds from this poster's sale will go to a wild horse rescue of the artist's choice. The herd I have spend the most time with is the Onaqui herd who roam the West Desert of Utah. Ive become more active in promoting the plight of wild mustangs being removed from the West and spreading the word on how to adopt ones who have already been captured.
