ATTO Technology Showcases NetApp Data Fabric Connectivity Concurrent with NetApp INSIGHT 2020

ATTO Technology and NetApp recently collaborated to find the best way to address workflow challenges in media production environments. NetApp independently benchmarked ATTO Fibre Channel HBAs and found ATTO products were able to achieve 38.5GB/s equating to 32 simultaneous 4K streams at 24fps without any dropped frames. This is 50% less max latency and overall less average latency than the closest competitor.

The ATTO NetApp INSIGHT event page will provide the latest information on ATTO XstreamCORE intelligent bridges. ATTO XstreamCORE 7600 is a third-generation accelerated protocol bridge solution that enables synchronous site-to-site replication by providing low latency 32Gb Fibre Channel connections to NetApp flash and disk systems while maintaining high resiliency. It is a key component of the NetApp MetroCluster solution.
