Object Matrix Appoints Representative in Germany
Cardiff (UK) and Munich (Germany), 16 July 2014:
Object Matrix, developer of leading object based storage solutions, today announces the appointment of Peter Peterson to represent Object Matrix in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
As Object Matrix continues to grow its global footprint more energy, resource and expertise is being placed on key markets.
We are excited to be working with Peter in what continues to be a strategically important market for Object Matrix stated Mark Andrews, Head of Sales EMEA, Object Matrix. We are confident Peters experience and extensive network will prove a valuable to us as we continue our period of growth he added.
Peter joins a growing network of Object Representatives representatives who bring local knowledge and market expertise to Object Matrix. Peter, like Julien Gachot of IVORY in France and Brad Redwood of RTS in Sydney, recognised the growing need for secure nearline storage platforms that integrate into file based workflows.
MatrixStore, the proven nearline storage platform from Object Matrix, fits into any workflow from linking clips in Avid to providing a secure platform for video on demand offerings. Solutions that enable integrated workflows are being sought globally. Organisations no longer see the value in adding many isolated storage pools to serve numerous, disparate workflows. They wish to provide a central, secure and scalable storage hub that forms part of a well integrated tiered architecture putting the content where it is needed when it is needed. MatrixStore provides that platform thus ensuring a considerable return on the investment.
