Riedel Communications (Booth C4908) introduced a range of new solutions at NAB Show 2026 focused on IP-based production workflows across video, audio and communications.
The announcements include the MediorNet HorizoN ST 2110 MultiViewer App, a Commentary Control App for 1200 Series Desktop SmartPanels, and the StageLink NSA-008A Network Streaming Adapter. The company stated that these developments are intended to support IP-native production architectures and integrated system design.
The MediorNet HorizoN ST 2110 MultiViewer App is designed to operate within SMPTE ST 2110 infrastructures as a software application on the HorizoN platform. It integrates multiviewing into the processing layer of IP-based systems, supporting workflows that transition from baseband and hybrid environments to full IP. The application supports SMPTE ST 2110 video, audio and ancillary data, with NMOS-based control and processing of up to 128 picture-in-picture sources and 16 outputs within a 1RU device.
The Commentary Control App for the 1200 Series Desktop SmartPanel is designed to support IP-based commentary workflows within the Artist-1024 intercom ecosystem. The application enables the SmartPanel to function as an intercom panel, audio monitoring interface or control panel within a single device. It includes a configurable user interface and supports remote control and monitoring within network-based production environments.
The StageLink NSA-008A Network Streaming Adapter is designed as an edge device for audio connectivity within IP-based infrastructures. Supporting SMPTE ST 2110-30 and NMOS standards, it provides six universal inputs and six universal outputs within a 1RU form factor. The device supports integration of microphones, line-level sources and AES3 signals into production audio and intercom networks, including use with Artist and Bolero systems.
As broadcast and live production infrastructures are increasingly designed as fully networked environments, video, audio, and communications are no longer separate domains, said Jake Dodson, Executive Director Product Management, Riedel Communications.
