Soundgas, one of the UK's leading vintage and boutique audio equipment specialists have just announced the launch of their latest Soundgas Sounds prize draw, giving entrants the chance to get their hands on sought-after gear while raising money for music and education charities.

Soundgas Sounds is a series of very affordable and characterful sample packs, and the company run regular prize draw promotions that give entrants a chance to win some of the gear featured in the packs. The latest draw is now live, and this time, there are two prizes up for grabs: a Soundgas 636P and a Soundgas Type G - a pair of preamp pedals that are worth over £2000. Entries are made via the purchase of any Soundgas Sounds sample pack during the promotional period (3 June - 30 July 2026).

The packs are creating using gear from the Soundgas Studio collection, capturing the character and timbres that define the company's sound. From dub-heavy delay- and reverb-drenched off-kilter rhythms and textures to glitchy synth beds, loops, beats, one shots, pads and vintage atmospheres, they have been designed to bring something genuinely different to the production toolkit. Each pack is designed to be reminiscent of crate digging' through old vinyl releases, allowing users to experience the serendipity of yielding happy accidents that surprise and inspire new ideas.

10% of the proceeds from every draw goes directly to grassroots venues and emerging musicians across the UK, with £1244 raised to date. Charities that have been supported so far are the Music Venues Trust and MAP Charity Leeds.

The current promotion runs until 30 July 2026, when the draw will take place live on Soundgas Instagram channel at 4pm BST. More information can be found on the Soundgas website.
