The presentation at thePBS TechCon,Keeping Up with OTT: QoE/QoS Metrics for Over-The-Top Television, highlights the unique challenges of providing Quality OTT service, while over at theBEC, he will enlighten on CDN Mechanics: Managing Your Origin Server.
