Pixelmetrix Danny Wilson to speak at PBS Technology & Broadcast Engineering Conferences during NAB 2013
Singapore, April 3, 2013 Come NAB, Danny Wilson, Pixelmetrix President and CEO, will be speaking at two prominent conferences -PBS Technology Conferenceon Friday, April 5 at 11.45 am, Planet Hollywood Melrose 1 and 2, andBroadcast Engineering Conference (BEC)on Wednesday, April 10 at 3.30 pm, Las Vegas Convention Center, Room S227.
The presentation at thePBS TechCon,Keeping Up with OTT: QoE/QoS Metrics for Over-The-Top Television, highlights the unique challenges of providing Quality OTT service, while over at theBEC, he will enlighten on CDN Mechanics: Managing Your Origin Server.
In this business, technologies are constantly evolving, and conferences such as the PBS TechCon and Broadcast Engineering provide excellent platforms for the exchange of ideas and acquisition of new knowledge. Wilson is a frequent speaker at broadcast television conferences and educational conventions in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He is currentlya member of the IPTV workgroup in Singapore.Previously, he served as the Editor for the Performance Monitoring/Quality of Service workgroup of the ITU-T/IPTV-FG.
