Ross Video Announces Innovative Professional Services Based on DashBoard's PanelBuilder Sunday April 6, 2014 [Las Vegas, Nevada, USA] - Today, Ross Video announced a major new release of Dashboard, its popular, open, facility control and monitoring solution, and the introduction of professional services, including flexible control solutions, that customize-and extend-the powerful DashBoard platform. Our new professional services will help clients with more complex workflow automation projects by delivering customized solutions that are backed by Ross Video's expertise, ongoing support and maintenance.

The new services will extend the DashBoard platform by creating powerful CustomPanels that seamlessly integrate multiple devices from Ross Video and a variety or other vendors. The panels are as clear to understand as they are simple to operate. Ross Video earned its position as a leading broadcast vendor through its thorough grasp of technology. DashBoard is also used to streamline production of many of the more than 200 shows Ross Video produces every year. The new professional services are based on this experience and knowledge.

A number of Ross customers have already taken advantage of our customization services, says Naylor. This includes one television production company that was upgrading to HD using Carbonite and terminal equipment from Ross Video and wanted to ensure that their existing-and very complicated-workflow was replicated in every detail.
