WOW! Uses Espial's Elevate TVaaS Platform for its ULTRA TV Service 10/10/2018

Ottawa, ON - October 10, 2018 - Espial today announced that WideOpenWest Inc. ( WOW! ), a leading broadband and communications service provider, will use Espial's Elevate video platform to power its WOW! ULTRA set top box offering.

WOW!'s service area footprint includes approximately 3 million homes and businesses passed and covers more than 300 communities. As of March 31, 2018, WOW had 798,500 customers who subscribe to their services, with over 400,000 video subscribers.

Espial's Elevate platform provides service providers with a TV as a Service (TVaaS) solution, including cloud tools for their operations, product, marketing, and engineering teams, enabling them to grow their revenues by reducing churn, addressing underserved markets, and opening new revenue opportunities. Elevate gives service providers the ability to deploy IPTV, OTT and cable services quickly, with low deployment risk, and with predictable costs.
