
Extinction of Evil Mind Entertainment wins the award for the best game project Los cortometrajes El ruido del mundo' y Canis' triunfan en 3D Wire 2013 y optar n al premio Cartoon d'Or 2014.
La m s internacional y convergente edici n de 3D Wire ha entregado, en su pen ltima jornada, todos los premios previstos para 2013. El Palacio de Quintanar en Segovia ha acogido el acto de clausura del mercado internacional con la presencia de autoridades locales y regionales en una sala a rebosar de asistentes.
Como novedad este a o se ha celebrado 3D Wire Fest, un festival competitivo que ha proyectado los mejores cortometrajes de animaci n nacionales y europeos y que dar la opci n a los ganadores de participar en Cartoon d'Or, el prestigioso premio europeo, en su edici n de 2014. Se trata de la primera oportunidad que tienen los animadores espa oles de participar en el galard n y todo gracias a que 3D Wire se ha convertido en un festival oficial Cartoon d'Or, el nico de toda Espa a.
As , Jes s Hern ndez, representante del Programa MEDIA de la Uni n Europea en Espa a, ha hecho entrega del Premio del P blico al Mejor Cortometraje Internacional a Rabbit and Deer' de P ter V cz, de Hungr a. Por otro lado, el Premio del P blico al Mejor Cortometraje Nacional ha sido para El ruido del mundo', de Coke Riob o, que ha subido al escenario para recoger el galard n mientras el p blico aplaud a intensamente.
El jurado, compuesto por los productores espa oles Chelo Loureiro y Manuel Crist bal, por Nora Twomey, codirectora irlandesa del largometraje de animaci n El secreto del libro de Kells', y Simon Jacobs, director de fotograf a que ha trabajado con Tim Burton y en Aardman, ha entregado sus propios premios. El Mejor Cortometraje Europeo ha sido de nuevo Rabbit and Deer', del h ngaro P ter V cz, elegido por unanimidad y elogiado por su sorprendente habilidad para contar una historia brillante con la m xima sobriedad de medios , en animaci n 2D y marionetas. La menci n especial en la secci n internacional ha reca do en Pandy' de Matus Viz r, de Eslovaquia, realizado en 2D y centrado en narrar c mo el ser humano ha tomado los osos panda como juguetes.
Por su parte, Jam n', de Iria L pez, ha sido merecedor del Premio al Mejor Cortometraje Nacional por su sutil, inquietante y deliciosa historia . Canis', de Marc Riba y Anna Solanas y realizado en stop motion, ha recibido la Menci n Especial del Jurado a Cortometraje Nacional.
Premio RTVE
Los siguientes premios en entregarse han estado destinado a los proyectos que seleccion 3D Wire 2013. El Premio RTVE Interactivo al Proyecto de Videojuego M s Innovador, que consiste en la presentaci n del proyecto a la Direcci n de Interactivos de RTVE, ha sido para Kromaia', de Kraken Empire, un juego de acci n y aventura que est en producci n y a la b squeda de distribuci n. Su creador, Daniel Blasco, ha subido al escenario para recoger el galard n. Premio RTVE Interactivo al Proyecto de App M s Innovador, y que tambi n consiste en la presentaci n del proyecto a la Direcci n de Interactivos de RTVE, ha ido a manos de Sandra Casos' de Imira Entertainment, reconocimiento que ha recogido Myriam Ballesteros, directora creativa de la compa a. Esta aplicaci n est basada en la serie infantil de animaci n Sandra, detective de cuentos' y llegar a las tiendas en breve. Ambos premios han sido entregados por Yago Fandi o, responsable de contenidos infantiles de TVE, y Francisco Javier L pez-Escobar Anguiano, delegado territorial de la Junta de Castilla y Le n en Segovia.
Claudia de Santos, concejala de Patrimonio Hist rico y Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Segovia, ha acudido de nuevo a 3D Wire para hacer entrega del Premio al Mejor Proyecto de Videojuego, que ha reca do en Extinci n' de Evil Mind Entertainment, representada por Miguel Montesinos, director y creador del juego. El galard n consiste en una acreditaci n gratuita para asistir a Cartoon Movie y Cartoon Games 2014 gracias a Cartoon, Asociaci n Europea para el Cine de Animaci n. La concejala tambi n ha hecho entrega del Premio al Mejor Proyecto de Cortometraje, que consiste en la distribuci n del corto en 50 festivales nacionales e internacionales gracias a Elypse Short Film Distribution. En esta edici n de 2013 el ganador ha sido Mascaruca', de As s Merino y Manuel Molina, que han pisado el escenario para recogerlo personalmente.
As , el Primer Premio de la Batalla de Animadores, en la que han participado este a o tres equipos, ha reca do en Box Marley por La caja y la tierra'. Su premio consiste en una plaza gratuita para el pr ximo curso intensivo de animaci n en stop motion en Clay Animation, creadores de la serie Clay Kids', y en un lote Total Gift de Jumping Clay. El Segundo Premio, consistente en un kit de armadura profesional de Animation Supplies y en un set educacional de Jumping Clay, ha sido para Repat , por Mi caja es tu casa'. El grupo Mileysaurus ha sido tercero y ha recibido un lote mini gift de Jumping Clay. Como cada a o, los equipos, de no m s de 5 componentes, han tenido 28 horas para crear un cortometraje de animaci n con el cubo de 3D Wire como protagonista, utilizando las calles de Segovia para rodar y la t cnica de la pixilaci n.
