Camera lens company Cooke Optics has announced the appointment of David Hancock as its new chief executive officer.

Hancock succeeds Tim Pugh, who has decided to retire. He joins the company from premium e-bike component manufacturer Enviolo, where he most recently served as a member of the company's board, having previously led the company as CEO including through its growth and sale to a new private equity investor.
