FIC Singapore Studios at Fusionpolis

(08/06/2014) FOX International Channels, the international multimedia business of 21st Century FOX and Asia's leading pay TV network, has selected Ideal Systems to design, build, and integrate the studios and production systems at its new broadcast facility in Singapore's Fusionopolis. FOX International Channels, which operates market-leading channels such as FOX Sports, has partnered with Ideal Systems for a wide variety of services including the technical design, build, and integration of the new studios and their associated systems. FOX International Channels will also utilize Ideal Systems' award-winning studio design services for cutting-edge HD set designs.

In parallel with its broadcast systems integration services, Ideal Systems offers a TV studio and set design team headed by renowned designer Frederic Leung. This team has built a reputation as one of the best studio design teams in Asia, having designed and built many award-winning studios and newsrooms in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India. As well as providing the technical design of broadcast studios, Ideal Systems' studio team designs, manufactures, and installs cutting-edge HD studio sets for a full turnkey TV studio service. Ideal Systems is bringing this award-winning studio design capacity to Singapore for FOX International Channels.

This is a great project for Ideal Systems because it brings our technology team and our studio design team together to create a seamless customer experience from technology and design to delivery, said Fintan McKiernan, CEO of Ideal Systems Singapore. It's also a very diverse project, which has seen Ideal Systems designing and building the technical broadcast consoles for FOX International Channels' new master control room and production control room, as well as designing and integrating multiple audio control rooms and voice-over rooms for multilanguage audio voice-overs.
