Javier Encinas, VSN s Solutions Architect: We always design the project at better meets the client s needs

VSN's Project Management office has not stopped designing Broadcast and Media & Entertainment projects during 2015 thanks to the good results of the international expansion plan launched by the company. Javier Encinas, Solutions Architect at VSN's Headquarters in Barcelona answers some questions on its daily work and the company's performance. Javier Encinas, VSN's Solutions Architect

What are the main goals of your department?

We are in charge of designing the projects that are later installed at the client's facilities and of translating the project's technical and operative needs to the current technology and systems that we have available. Our goal is always to adapt to the fullest the solutions architecture to the client s needs, in order to turn technology into an ally that will make the most from the internal workflows in an efficient and productive way. This obliges us to know very well our client and the way its users work, so during all the process we are in close contact with its technical staff to adjust our solutions to their requirements and even to anticipate what piece will work better for them. We always seek to create the most perfect and customized architecture for each user, because each user is unique and has unique needs.

What would you highlight from your daily work at VSN?

As I have mentioned before, we are a company that puts its efforts in being totally oriented to the client at all times and in making sure that our solutions are exactly what our users need and are looking for. And you can see that aim in all departments, from Sales and Support to Operations or Development, our biggest ambition is to be capable of adapting to our clients. That is why our flexibility is very valued by our final users, that always highlight that quality in the feedback we get. In that sense, teamwork and group vision to reach the same objectives is another of the virtues that I would like to highlight from my daily work at VSN. No matter the project or the circumstances, we always work in the same direction and that is key to always offering the best results.

What can you tell us about VSN's 2016?

Last year we launched an international expansion campaign in all the areas that we are present in, and the results have been exceptional. We haven't had any second of pause during 2015 and the forecast for 2016 is very good as well. We have a great media management solution, VSNEXPLORER, with very powerful MAM, PAM, BPM and BI modules that are capable of satisfying the most demanding needs of any company or corporation, no matter their size. Our offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, Miami and Santiago de Chile are registering great commercial results and from VSN we face this new year with a lot of strength and optimism. We will bring our technology to the most prestigious international events and make sure our solutions are there where they are most needed. It will be a great year.
