The world's first 2/3-inch three-chip camera with true 4K image sensors, Sony's HDC-4300 revolutionized sports broadcasting.
The HDC-4300 puts you in total control of your content. For the first time, one camera platform is all you need to handle 4K, HD and high frame rate - helping you generate maximum returns on todays production budgets.
Delivering uncompromised image quality, the HDC-4300 integrates seamlessly with Sony HD infrastructures and accessories as well as the worlds most advanced 4K live production workflows. Optional software upgrades let you add amazing HD 8x high frame rate and 4K image capture to standard HD outputs. All the flexibility and control you demand are right there in a single high-performance platform.
And Sony didn't stop there. The new HDC-P43 encapsulates this performance in a compact, pan/tilt-ready chassis, while the HDC-4800 goes even further with up to 16x Super Slow Motion in HD and up to 8x in 4K.
High Dynamic Range
With High Dynamic Range (HDR) broadcasting, you'll finally be able to capture the brilliant sunlight of day games without losing detail in the stadium shadows. You'll handle specular reflections on water or glass without clipping. And your television audiences will feel that much closer to the action. Sony enables you to achieve HDR - and its companion Wide Color Gamut - in game-changing cameras, 10-bit recording servers, switchers and monitors.
The Share Play advantage
Sony's Share Play enables a single operator to view, play back and output clips recorded on up to twelve PWS-4500 servers. With Sony's IP Live networking, these clips play directly from the local server without the need to transfer content between servers. It's a cost-effective way to share content and expand your super slow-motion coverage. And there are no laborious file transfers, just smooth, instant, unified control!
