ESPN has slowly but surely begun testing out live game production elements utilizing the cloud. However, the network remains deliberate in its proof of concepts and limited its executions of full end-to-end cloud productions. So what's next?
At the SVG Sports Cloud Production Forum, we spoke with Chris Strong, Director, Specialist Operations at ESPN, to break down what he and his team have learned and the long-term vision for leveraging the cloud for live sports.
