FORE! The second stop on the Time Capsule summer road trip is Minneapolis, MN. Also in Minneapolis you'll find Bryce Tache, manager of Inclusion and Diversity for Iron Mountain's Corporate Responsibility team. Bryce is the second Iron Mountain employee to add an item to the time capsule. Let's get to know Bryce better and find out what he is adding to the time capsule.

Over the past 10 years, Bryce has held numerous learning and development roles at Iron Mountain, starting as a contract learning and development consultant. He now drives global inclusion and diversity strategies and builds programs that inspire Iron Mountain Mountaineers to join, grow and contribute to the company's success. With more than 20,000 employees around the world, Bryce loves collaborating across the organization to help foster a more inclusive culture.

Outside of work, Bryce is a devoted father to two fantastic boys with special needs. He makes an extra effort to practice being present rather than thinking about the past or worrying about the future. It allows him to listen more and appreciate life's little moments.

As the time capsule touches down in Minneapolis, Bryce is placing a flyer detailing the three Iron Mountain Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in it. His specialty and passion lies in creating a safe, diverse and exciting work environment for employees. This dedication is seen first-hand with the rapid growth and expansion of Iron Mountain ERGs.
