The Hollywood Post Alliance, along with SMPTE, presents an intimate luncheon conversation about how women and men differ in the technology workplace and ways that women can better position themselves for advancement. Debra Kaufman will guide the discussion between a female founder of a technology firm, a human resources leader, and a social worker that specializes in the behavioral differences between men and women.
Women in the Technology Workspace is open to both women and men and expected to sell out. Registration has been extended to Wednesday, October 15th and pre-registration is required. Onsite registration will not be available for this event. REGISTER NOW

Ronald V. Bailey - VP of Human Resources, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. As an HR professional, Ron sees how women impact - both positively and negatively - their prospects for advancement in the workplace. Ron will share his advice on how to overcome these difficulties.
Rob Kaufman - Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Founder/CEO of Divorce Dialogue, a divorce and relationship support group. As a behavioral specialist, Rob will share his thoughts on how changing behaviors may help support a woman's success and growth in a male-dominated workplace.
