Sky Sports has secured the rights to the Chinese Super League for the next three seasons.
The move comes amid growing interest in the competition after multiple high-profile names made their way to China.
Sky Sports head of football Gary Hughes said, This is more great news for football fans as we get set for our biggest ever season on Sky Sports.
The Chinese Super League is attracting players from Europe and is creating a really exciting competition that will only add to an incredible line up of live football on Sky Sports.
Ex-Chelsea midfielder Ramires, Brazilian star Hulk and Southampton forward Graziano Pelle have been swayed by the financial packages involved in the switch, as well as ex-Premier League names such as Gervinho, Obafemi Martins and Papiss Cisse.
The Russian Premier League attempted something similar in 2011, and many fans were anticipating a similar flash-in-the-pan outcome.
However, this latest TV deal signifies a step in the right direction for a competition looking to battle the Premier League and La Liga.
