IEWC announces Michelle Osman as chief operating officer 7th November 2017

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - IEWC is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Osman as Chief Operating Officer. This appointment is a coordinated step in the strategic succession plan to transition the leadership responsibilities of Jim Wojan, who has served as IEWC COO for the past 5 years, in addition to several other commercial leadership roles over his 30 year career with IEWC. Jim will continue to provide strategic leadership on key global expansion initiatives for IEWC until his planned retirement in 2018. In addition, both Michelle and Jim will continue to serve on IEWC's board of directors. Michelle has been an invaluable member of our executive team where she has served as both our Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for our Broadcast & Communications division, stated Mike Veum, IEWC Corporate President. Michelle has a very versatile business background, and in her new role she will help drive consistent growth and continue to develop the high performing culture that is so important to us here at IEWC. Michelle joined IEWC in March 2015, and for the past two years she has helped craft an environment that fosters self-motivated, passionate and engaged employees who live IEWC's values each day. A graduate of Colorado Technical University, Michelle has over 20 years of experience in various commercial, human resources, and general management leadership roles. It's truly an exciting time to be a part of IEWC and the success we are building, shared Michelle. We have repeatedly achieved record-setting sales months in 2017, we continue investing in our customer's online experience on IEWC.com, we are expanding into high-potential geographic markets around the globe, and over the past several months we have completed a very purposeful leadership succession plan ensuring a solid footing that will propel us to future success. In her new role, Michelle will assume executive leadership for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Broadcast & Communication (B&C) divisions, including oversight of both the global sales and distribution center operations. She will report directly to corporate president Mike Veum while working closely with Jim Wojan to execute a strong transition of commercial leadership duties.
