Galician audiovisual professionals participating in a seminar on financing of the audiovisual work Organizado por el Cl ster Audiovisual Galego (Clag), en colaboraci n con la Axencia Galega das Industrias Culturais (Agadic) esta sesi n se enmarc en el encuentro Cine, creaci n y finanzas .
Una treintena de profesionales del sector audiovisual gallego participaron la pasada semana, en Santiago, en un seminario sobre financiaci n y explotaci n de la obra audiovisual, organizado por el Cl ster Audiovisual Galego (CLAG), en colaboraci n con la Axencia Galega das Industrias Culturais (Agadic).
El director de Proyectos y Desarrollo de Audiovisual S.G.R. (Sociedad de Garant a Rec proca), Pedro Mart n, ha sido el encargado de ahondar en el tema de la financiaci n audiovisual durante una sesi n titulada Convenio ICO-ICAA. Modelo de explotaci n de la obra audiovisual: contabilizaci n y caso pr ctico. Y despu s de ser presentado por el presidente del Clag, Andr s Barb , quien se refiri a la dilatada trayectoria de su entidad dentro del panorama audiovisual nacional.
En su intervenci n, Pedro Mart n explic el funcionamiento de la entidad p blica Audiovisual S.G.R., adem s de analizar el convenio entre el ICO (Instituto de Cr dito Oficial) y el ICAA (Instituto de la Cinematograf a y de las Artes Audiovisuales). En el ltimo tramo de su intervenci n, analiz la explotaci n de las obras audiovisuales y su contabilizaci n a trav s de casos pr cticos.
Este seminario se enmarc en las jornadas Cine, creaci n y finanzas , que se desarrollan desde ayer, d a 17, y hasta hoy en la Ciudad de la Cultura de Santiago, con las que Agadic abre su nuevo programa formativo Galicia ProFilme. Jornadas Cine, creaci n y finanzas .
Cine, creaci n y finanzas es el primer encuentro del programa Galicia ProFilme, que la Conseller a de Cultura e Educaci n organiza a trav s de la Agadic como plataforma de formaci n continua y espec fica abierta a todos los que desarrollan su actividad profesional en este mbito.
El director de la Agadic, Jacobo Sutil, encargado de inaugurar estas jornadas, explic que Galicia ProFilme nace con un eminente sentido pr ctico en respuesta a las demandas de formaci n espec fica por parte del propio sector. Incidi , as mismo, en el papel de la formaci n especializada como factor b sico en el camino del crecimiento y la consolidaci n de la industria audiovisual gallega, que en este momento ocupa el tercero puesto en cuanto a n mero de empresas y producciones en el panorama audiovisual del conjunto del Estado .
La sesi n matinal continu con la ponencia El negocio del cine: el arte de la financiaci n y las desgravaciones fiscales en el mundo, a cargo de Pilar de Benito, directora de Morena Films, y Marisa Castelo, directora de Legalarte, para ahondar en la importancia y en las principales v as para la consecuci n de financiaci n previa para la realizaci n de proyectos audiovisuales.
En este sentido, la directora de Morena Films incidi en aspectos como el control de gesti n y el control de riesgo, as como en la figura de las Agrupaciones de Inter s Econ mico (AIE) como f rmula para abordar la producci n de un filme. Marisa Castelo, por su parte, abord aspectos legales alrededor de estas mismas cuestiones.
Las jornadas concluyen esta ma ana con una nueva intervenci n de Marisa Castelo, quien expondr un manual pr ctico de contrataci n y fiscalidad dirigido especialmente a autores y artistas.

Galicia ProFilme continuar el viernes 15 de noviembre con una sesi n informativa alrededor del programa europeo Media y sus ayudas para productores independientes, con la participaci n del director de la Oficina Media Desk Espa a, Jes s Hern ndez, y de diferentes productores independientes.
En el mes de diciembre, el d a 12, tendr lugar la tercera convocatoria de Galicia ProFilme, Preproducci n y mercado internacional, en la que se ofrecer n tambi n diferentes estrategias para la promoci n y distribuci n de productos en el exterior.
