Help GoPro Athletes Win an ESPY Award!

Four GoPro athletes have been nominated for a coveted ESPY an annual award presented by ESPN to recognize amazing individual and team athletic achievements. Winners are chosen only through voting by the fans, so we need your help to take them all the way!

The ESPY GoPro athlete nominees are:

Best Male Action Sports Athlete Ryan Villopoto

This year, Villopoto captured his fourth consecutive AMA Supercross crown, posting seven victories in 17 rounds. In 2013, he won the AMA Motocross title and is earning legend status in the sport, one podium placement at a time. Vote for Ryan Villopoto for Best Male Action Sports Athlete here.

We're stoked about a double nomination for snowboarder Jamie Anderson for Best Female Action Sports Athlete and Best Female U.S. Olympian.

After taking the SBD Slopestyle silver medal at X Games Aspen, Anderson went on to win the slopestyle gold in Sochi, Russia, in the events Olympic debut, delivering a near-perfect final run and delivering a 95.25 score. She also finished the season first overall in slopestyle on the World Snowboard Tour. Vote for Jamie for Best Female Action Sports Athlete here and Best Female US Olympian here!

In the Best Male U.S. Olympian category, GoPro sponsored athletes Sage Kotsenburg and Ted Ligety each have a shot at the win.

Snowboarder Kotsenburg threw down a fearless final run in the slopestyle competition, winning the gold medal and becoming the first male athlete to win an Olympic Gold in the sport, as well as the first Olympic champion of the Sochi Games. Alpine skiier Ted Ligety won the giant slalom gold in Sochi with a blazing first run and held the lead in the second for the win. With the medal, he also became the first American man to win two Olympic gold medals in Alpine skiing (he won the combined event in 2006).
