According to a recent study from Pew Research, cord-cutting is on the rise - 24 percent of all American adults do not subscribe to cable or satellite TV service, and research from Field Agent found that 39 percent of Millennials identify themselves as cord-cutters. As more consumers move away from traditional TV services, a proactive approach to video quality assurance is essential.
