LaLiga opens the auction of television rights The derechos de explotaci n de contenidos audiovisuales de LaLiga estar n divididos en ocho lotes, todos destinados al p blico residencial, con la excepci n de uno, que se destinar al mbito comercial.
LaLiga ha iniciado este lunes el procedimiento de solicitud de ofertas para la comercializaci n de los derechos de explotaci n de contenidos audiovisuales del Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera y Segunda Divisi n en Espa a y Andorra, para las temporadas 2019/2020 a 2021/2022.
En esta ocasi n ha incluido una serie de cambios en el empaquetado por lotes asumiendo las directrices marcadas por la Comisi n Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) y ha retirando la obligatoriedad de que las televisiones emitan los partidos en alguna plataforma de Internet y que la ofrezcan a sus clientes sin necesidad de unirla a paquetes convergentes.
Los contenidos audiovisuales estar n divididos en ocho lotes, todos destinados al p blico residencial, con la excepci n de uno, que se destinar al mbito comercial (establecimientos p blicos). La principal diferencia con respecto al procedimiento que cubri las temporadas 2016/2017, 2017/2018 y 2018/2019, es que el n mero de lotes se reduce de 10 a 8, eliminando el lote de partidos de la Copa de S.M El Rey.
Adem s, dado su inter s televisivo, se han incluido los partidos de Playoff de Ascenso a Primera Divisi n en los lotes 4, 5, 6 y 7.
Tambi n se elimina el lote que conten a partidos bajo demanda. Estos partidos se han incluido en tres de los lotes del actual procedimiento (4, 5 y 6). Por ltimo, en estas bases se ha incluido El Partidazo de Segunda Divisi n en el Lote 6, dejando este paquete con todos los partidos de la categor a, a diferencia del ltimo procedimiento, cuando este partido se ofert por separado.
La nueva divisi n de lotes podr a facilitar el acceso a determinados lotes por parte de las telcos ya que entre otras medidas se abre la posibilidad de sublicenciar sus derechos .
El plazo de presentaci n de ofertas finalizar el 25 de junio a las 14:00 horas. Acceso a las bases de presentaci n de ofertas.

Un partido de cada jornada de Primera Divisi n, en abierto y en exclusiva, en segunda selecci n.
Lote 2
Res menes en abierto y en exclusiva de las Competiciones.
Lote 3
Dos partidos de cada jornada de Segunda Divisi n, en abierto y en exclusiva.
Lote 4
Un partido de cada jornada de Primera Divisi n, en abierto o de pago, en exclusiva, en primera selecci n.
Los seis partidos de la fase de ascenso a Primera Divisi n (play-offs), en abierto o de pago, en no exclusiva.
Res menes de todos los partidos de Primera y Segunda Divisi n en no exclusiva.
Lote 5
Canal LaLiga Primera o su contenido equivalente:
Ocho partidos de cada jornada de Primera Divisi n de pago, en exclusiva, en tercera selecci n.
Los seis partidos de la fase de ascenso a Primera Divisi n (play-offs) de pago, en no exclusiva.
Res menes de todos los partidos de Primera y Segunda Divisi n en no exclusiva.
Lote 6
Canal LaLiga Segunda o su contenido equivalente:
Los once partidos de cada jornada de Segunda Divisi n de pago, en exclusiva.
Los seis partidos de la fase de ascenso a Primera Divisi n (play-offs) de pago, en no exclusiva.
Res menes de todos los partidos de Segunda Divisi n en no exclusiva.
Lote 7
Canal LaLiga TV o su contenido equivalente:
Todos los partidos de Primera Divisi n y Segunda Divisi n, de pago y para su difusi n nicamente en establecimientos p blicos (clientes no residenciales), en exclusiva.
Los seis (6) partidos de la fase de ascenso a Primera Divisi n (play-offs) de pago, en no exclusiva.
Res menes de todos los partidos de Primera y Segunda Divisi n en no exclusiva.
Lote 8
Clips o mini-res menes de noventa segundos (90'') de cada partido de Primera Divisi n y Segunda Divisi n, para su difusi n a trav s de Internet, en exclusiva.
