Elena Trap convinces in the Festival de M lagaDistances, of Elena Trap , is imposed at the Malaga Festival to get both the Golden Biznaga to best Spanish film and the silver Biznaga for Best Director.

Distances, Elena Trap , has become the best Spanish film of the 21st edition of the Malaga Spanish Film Festival. The film has been awarded in the official section of the festival the Golden Biznaga to best film, the silver Biznaga for Best Director and received, ex aequo, the Biznaga de Plata for best actress by the work of Alexandra Jim nez.

La pel cula cuenta la vida de cuatro amigos que viajan a Berl n para darle una sorpresa a Comas por su 35 cumplea os. Sin embargo, no les recibe como esperaban y poco a poco el grupo se va desgranando. Todos empiezan a cuestionarse el sentido de su amistad y se enfrentar n a la decepci n que supone aceptar que su vida no es como esperaban cuando eran m s j venes. Elena Trap dirige esta pel cula que ha co-escrito con Miguel Ib ez Monroy y Josan Hatero.

The Biznaga de Plata Deluxe best photography went to Guillermo Nieto by No sleep, while the award for best editing has been to Pablo Zum rraga for his work on this film yourself.

The Biznaga for Best Actor has gone to Javier Rey, film Sin fin, while that of best actress went to Valeria Bertuccelli, by the Queen of fear and Alexandra Jim nez, the distances.

The Biznaga de Plata for best documentary was awarded in Ainhoa, Im not that, de Carolina Astudillo, una propuesta compleja, rica y osada que aborda el relato de un destino solitario que a su vez evoca el de toda una generaci n.

En la secci n Zonazine, integrado por Alejo Levis, Tamara Ar valo y Valentina Viso, ha concedido la Biznaga de Plata a la Mejor Pel cula Espa ola a Con el viento, de Meritxel Colell; mientras que la Biznaga de Plata a la Mejor Pel cula Iberoamericana ha reca do en Casa Coraggio, de Baltazar Tokman, que tambi n se ha llevado la Biznaga a Mejor Direcci n.
