Comprimato JPEG2000 codec integrated in Interra Systems File QC platform

Comprimato, the specialist in high performance software encoding and transcoding, today announced that it has worked in partnership with Interra Systems, a leading global provider of video QC, monitoring, and content classification software to the digital media industry. Using Comprimato's JPEG2000 SDK, Interra Systems will include automated testing for rich 4k content in the next major release of its file-based automated QC product, BATON.

HTJ2K speeds up JPEG2000 by an order of magnitude, and Comprimato's continuing development programme ensures this can be delivered without compromising quality.
